Meet the Author
Hi, I’m glad you stopped my internet home. My name is Cassidy and I graduated from Cornell University in the remarkable year of 2020, the beginning of a global pandemic. Unable to help on the front lines, I tutored kids that were having a difficult time transitioning to online learning.
The I Can Be Book Series was inspired by the questions their parents often asked about my current journey to becoming a doctor. I am super proud of my I Can Be Book Series. It is my way of giving back by sharing my three guiding principles which have helped me succeed; belief, character, and self-love.

We ordered I Can Be Awesome and read it to our kids about being kind to each other and to others. The examples throughout the book we actual examples my kids have faced or experienced by one of their friends.
I love your illustrations. Every page did a good job of resenting children of every race. It was easy for my son to imagine himself become anything he wants to become.
It was refreshing to show my child pictures of other kids practicing good habits. Brushing your teeth and getting ready for bed had always been a struggle. We download the bedtime routine and hung it in her room.
